DIBON’s Remote Services provide support to all popular ERPs. Support includes functional, technical and administrative services. DIBON’s assigns a primary and a secondary contact person to each client signing up for service. The ERP Administrators and Database Administrators have lots of years of experience and provide all support related to implementing, administering and monitoring of the ERP Applications and the associated Databases.

PeopleSoft Application Services:
DIBON provides extensive Peoplesoft support for Web server, Application Server, Process Scheduler for all Peoplesoft modules including (HRMS, Financials, Portal, and Front Office etc). DIBON has monitoring tools for to provide proactive monitoring of the database and the applications. We make sure that all the required application processes and the database is up and running at all times. We provide Installations and maintenance service for all versions.

Oracle Application Services:
DIBON provides support for all activities related to Oracle Application, this includes Installation and Maintenance of all oracle application modules running in both in Single Tier and Multi Tier mode. The supported OS include all flavors of UNIX, Windows and Linux.
Oracle Application version support includes for versions 10.7, 11.0.x and 11i. DIBON also provides help with deployment of Application patches (one-off patches, mega patches and patch sets)
SAP Basis Support:
DIBON provides support for SAP Basis administration this include database administration and SAP R/3 support. for all major operating systems. DIBON provides installation, maintenance and support for Basis. Proactive monitoring includes various SAP matrices and extensive database monitoring and Support. Setup and configure TMs system, operation modes, Administer clients, Configure Tax ware. Installation of SAPGUI, configure SAP alert Monitor and set up alert thresholds on databases, SAP Performance Analysis.
